Eli has made service his life’s work. Before law school, he was a police officer in Georgia for twelve years, where he enjoyed helping people every day. As a police officer, Eli was a certified field training officer and instructor, teaching police recruits at several police academies in Georgia. During his twelve years in law enforcement, Eli investigated all types of crimes, from traffic crashes to serious felonies, and served on a Swat Team. Eli uses his experience in law enforcement, including criminal and traffic crash investigations, to help his clients in all aspects of their case.
Eli is also a Captain and Intelligence Officer in the U.S. Army, currently serving in the U.S. Army Reserves. He has completed multiple active-duty tours including, a combat deployment to Iraq, a tour with the U.S. Army’s Cyber Command, and most recently, a state activation here in Georgia in response to the COVID-19 National Emergency. Eli found serving in uniform very fulfilling and finds the same fulfillment helping people as an attorney.
Eli attended Georgia State University in downtown Atlanta for both his undergraduate and law degrees. He earned his law degree Magna Cum Laude and with Pro-Bono/Public Service Distinction.
