Receiver Appointed for Daniel Dean and the Dean Law Firm — Former Dean Law Firm Clients Should Read This Page
On June 18, 2020, the Supreme Court of Georgia appointed Matt Wetherington and Elizabeth Ji as receivers of all of The Dean Law Firm’s files and records as well as the firm’s IOLTA, escrow, and/or trust accounts that are necessary to protect the interests of Daniel Dean’s clients. If you are a current client who needs legal representation, the Wetherington Law Firm has agreed to accept personal injury claims previously handled by the Dean Law Firm. If you choose to select a different law firm, we can help get your file to a lawyer of your choosing.
If you are a former client whose claim was settled by the Dean Law Firm, but have not received all settlement funds that you are entitled to, please reach out to us and we will do everything we can to help you recover those funds, file a police report, and potentially file a claim with the State Bar of Georgia’s Victim Compensation Fund.
