Secure Parking Enforcement, LLC
If your vehicle was booted/immobilized by Secure Parking Enforcement, LLC (“SPE”), you were in possession of a vehicle that was booted/immobilized by SPE, or you paid to have a vehicle immobilization device/boot removed by SPE in Atlanta and/or Union City, Georgia, between December 21, 2011 through September 20, 2020, you may be eligible for a payment in this settlement.
